  Woke up to a broken valve on an upstairs toilet. Bathroom, laundry room, hallway, and downstairs garage, bathroom, and hallway ceiling all wet!
Contacted our insurance company who partners with All... read more County and at 10pm that night they had a team come down to our home in Chula Vista from Anaheim to assess the water damage and get some fans set up immediately. They even pulled up the carpet and removed the wet padding to expedite the process. They finished at midnight and still had to drive back to Anaheim! Thank you Raylen and your partner for working so quickly and so late to help us!

By 10:30am the next day we had another All County team arrive to start the demo of all the wet walls upstairs and continue the drying process more thoroughly. Ruben and Zane were amazing! Friendly, professional, patient, and super hard working! They managed to complete the demo of the bathroom - floor and walls, bedroom wall, laundry walls and floor, and the hallway! They stayed until 6pm at night to ensure the upstairs was done. Before they started they made sure to cover the floors and stairs with plastic as well as protect any areas of the house that might be affected by the dust. They bagged up and took all the trash with them and vacuumed as well!

They returned the following day with more crew to demo downstairs. This was more of an undertaking so, they started by creating a plastic bubble to insulate the dust and got to work removing walls, ceiling, and the bathroom mirror and vanity.

Ruben and Zane made sure to keep us informed and updated every step of the way and answered any and all questions that we had. For what should have been a very stressful experience has been in my opinion (not that I have anything to compare it too as this is the first time anything like this has happened) EASY AND PLEASANT!

I am so grateful to All County for their expertise and for ensuring that their employees not only work hard but provide excellent customer service!

  Ruben Lopez Benitez did a great job coming out on A Sunday to install me of our toilets. He was in and out, very polite and had positive attitude.

I am very  happy our insurance company works with them and we would 100% use them for other non insurance related needs.
