This bathroom, built in 1959 had water Damage to walls and tile flooring. Our crew went in and gutted the existing bathroom down to studs and raw plumbing and modernized the bathroom with new design.

Fowler Fire Project

Fire in a single story commercial concrete tilt up building. Emergency services provided to secure the premises starting the night of the fire. 2.1 million dollar project to abate, clean up, rebuild approximately 26,000 sq ft building. Including seismic and ADA upgrades.

Water Damage

A pipe burst in the Penthouse Office on the 23rd floor of a building causing water damage to drywall, custom cabinets, baseboard, carpet, and carpet pad. We installed and painted all of the baseboards and rebuilt all of the cubicles and desks. The cabinets and shelves were lacquered.

Downtown LA Water Loss

This water damaged building required the dry down and dehumidification of 36 units on 17 different floors. All County responded in time to prevent severe water damage to the units or the building.
